How do you know for sure if your boyfriend really loves you or not?  Why is it that girls often feel insecure about how their boyfriends feel about them?  Is it a childhood drama thing, an abusive past relationship issue or just a crazy thought that makes its way into the female brain naturally?  The answer is really not clear cut but YOU and only YOU can answer it.

Before picking up the phone and dialing your boyfriend to ask him if he really loves you or not, I would sit down and ask yourself the following questions;

-  Are you insecure with your relationship or insecure with yourself?

-  Has your boyfriend given you reasons to make you feel not loved?

-  Do you love yourself?

-  Have you forgiven yourself for any problem or challenge that happened in your past?

-  Are you getting enough “attention?”

I want to know when the last time you felt pure joy.  When did you feel completely free, when were you most happy with yourself?

Bring yourself back to that moment and keep it with you.  The more joy and love you feel for yourself, the more joy and love you will feel in your relationship.

Stop being that girl that creates an illusional situation from the outside when the emotion that you are really earning for is needed to come from the inside.
