This healthy eating kick has taken over our breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and I must say that I am enjoying it more than what I thought I would. My eyes would roll every time someone would use the word “kale” in a sentence or tell me they are starting a new diet so this is certainly a pleasant surprise.
My boyfriend is also definitely shocked that I have not caved in and whipped up a batch of chocolate chip cookies.
