Can you believe brussels sprouts use to be considered a childhood dinner table horror?
It is almost like they had their very own PR campaign! HA!
Now, they are one of my go-to greens when I am needing a little color to my plate.
Take a look at how I incorporated them into my dinner last night!
First, I grilled these beautiful sprouts with a dash of olive oil over medium heat to get that chard texture.
I love a dish with a good crunch!
It was a hit at my house and so simple to make.
