Eye Of The Tiger

Hello Lovers.

I’ve been away from the ol’ blog for a couple days so please forgive me.

I made a point to put my computer away and really focus on living in the moment.

It is harder than you think!

Taking a pause from social media, work, and your everyday structure is something I preach and live by.

We all deserve time off.

Word hard. Play hard. That is the motto, right?

giphyIn order for us to appreciate what we do have, we must remember to take a moment to reflect, digest and chill the fuck out. Traveling to Philadelphia for a family wedding was the perfect opportunity to do just that.

As much as a city like Philly is filled with noise and hustle, it can also be the perfect spot to discover hidden treasures of happiness.

I was also born outside of Philadelphia so flying back was very nostalgic for me.

But, enough about me – can we all agree that these “Rocky steps” are incredibly motivating?

FullSizeRender-2 IMG_3186Like many large metropolitans, you have all kinds of scenic opportunities to capture!

From sky-high buildings…

You don’t see much of that on the West coast, which is why I was so thankful to be surrounded by the fabulosity of fall.

That is all I am going to say.

With my belly full of Phily WiZ goodness, I left the “City of Brotherly Love” loving it even more than ever.

Thank you Philadelphia for making me feel like I’ve got the “Eye of the Tiger” after all these years.
