I enjoy the gym.
I guess you can say I am “one of those guys.”
There is no better feeling than leaving the gym after a strong workout with a sense of accomplishment.
But, that does not mean I don’t get tired of the same ol’ routine.
So, what does one do when this happens?
You take a hike!

And…if there is not a mountain in your neighborhood, get your sweet toosh outside!
